About Sterling Clean

Cleaning that fits the way your property works

Sterling Clean is an owner-operated Sydney cleaning business, focused on regular care for small-to-medium offices and commercial premises. We also clean vacant end-of-lease properties and provide turnover cleaning for unoccupied short-stay accommodation.

A good cleaning arrangement starts with understanding the space. We’ll discuss the areas that need attention, how the property is used and when the work can be done with minimal disruption. You’ll deal directly with the people involved in the cleaning, with the tasks, access arrangements and price agreed before you book.

We bring our own standard equipment and cleaning products. If your property has particular requirements, or you prefer your own products to be used, let us know so we can agree what is suitable. Daytime and after-hours bookings can be discussed around your opening hours and access needs.

For recurring work, we can begin with an initial clean before settling on an ongoing schedule. We’ll communicate any changes to who attends. If an agreed task is missed, tell us so we can review it and arrange a suitable time to put it right at no extra charge.

Before you book

Practical details

Do we need to supply anything?

We bring our own equipment and standard cleaning products. If you prefer us to use yours, tell us beforehand so we can check they’re suitable. Particular or fragrance-free products depend on suitability and availability, with any extra cost agreed first.

Who will come to clean?

Usually Yonan, his partner or both. We’ll communicate any changes beforehand and work to the agreed task list.

Can you clean when the premises are closed?

Daytime and after-hours bookings are available by arrangement. We agree access and lock-up instructions, keep keys and codes secure and confirm who to contact if access is unavailable.

What if an agreed task is missed?

Let us know so we can review the concern. If an agreed cleaning task was missed, we’ll arrange a suitable time to put it right at no extra charge.

Where do you work?

We consider bookings across the Sydney region. Send the suburb and preferred schedule so we can confirm availability for your property.

What affects the quote?

The size and condition of the property, agreed tasks, frequency and access arrangements. Photos and a clear list of priorities help us assess the work. Extra tasks need agreement rather than being assumed.

Can we start with an initial clean?

Yes. For regular work, we can quote an initial clean and then agree an ongoing schedule. It is not a free trial. Your quote explains the notice and service terms before you accept.

Are there tasks you do not take on?

We do not currently offer mould remediation, hazardous-waste or biohazard cleaning, pest treatment, high-access exterior windows, or specialist carpet and upholstery extraction. Mention unusual conditions when you enquire.

Are you insured?

Sterling Clean is insured. If your property or organisation has specific insurance requirements, tell us before booking so these can be checked against the work you need.
